Tons of people around the world are suffering from acne today. And I be since you’re reading this that you’re suffering from the same problem. How do we do that? Well... Here you have 5 different things you can start doing today in order to get rid of your acne overnight:
1. Wash your face twice/day. This is extremely important because it cleans up your pores from both dirt and dead skin cells. What it also does is that it keeps the dirt on the surface from getting down to your pores and clogging them. Now the reason you’re doing this once when you wake up and once before going to bed is simple this simple. You see washing your face more often than that will cause your skin to dry and that will in turn increase the oil production in your skin and boom! you have even more acne than before.
2. Work out regularly. Why is this important? Two reasons... First it will relieve stress which because of hormones is really bad for your acne. Second is that when you sweat the sweat will take with it to the surface both dead skin cells and dirt. This means that sweating directly cleans up your pores from the inside! So I think you understand why this is so important.
3. Warning: If you don’t take a shower immediately after sweating you won’t get rid of your acne overnight. The reason for this is that if you let the sweat evaporate before showering all the dirt, dead skin cells and also salt will stay on the surface of your skin and then reclog the pores you’ve recently opened.
4. Make sure to drink plenty of water every day. The reason for this is simple. Water clears up the toxins from your body and therefore also your skin. So the more you drink the more acne you’ll get rid of.
5. The last thing I’m going to mention here is mostly for all the ladies out there. And it has to do with makeup. You see there’s one thing which a lot of girls do which is terrible for their skin. And that’s sleeping with their makeup on. I mean doing this is the best way for you to make sure that you’ll need more makeup in the morning than what you needed before you went to bed. So please for your own skin’s sake don’t sleep with your makeup on.
